1976 Fender Starcaster Natural

This vintage 1976 Fender Starcaster in original Natural finish has just come in from the daughter of its original owner! It's in fantastic playing condition and even has its original hang tag, Fender strap, and hard shell case.

Year: 1976. Serial 76xxxxx

Measurements: 8 lbs 12 oz, 1 5/8" nut width,  .84" neck depth at the first fret, .96" neck depth at the 12th fret.

Originality: All parts original except for the strap buttons! Strap locks were installed long ago, so I replaced them with proper reproduction buttons.

Condition: Excellent! It's in very nice aesthetic condition. There's a prior strap button hole on the treble horn indicating that it may have been strung as a lefty for a time. The nut has been out as well and reseated a little haphazardly.

Playability: Excellent! This is a really fine playing example with straight neck, good frets with no wear, good working truss rod, and clean electronics.
